Exfiltration

An unfamiliar Biovessel skirts the plains of Prismiria's most heavily guarded moon, Chronidyre. Known for its newly discovered Time Traveling Ore, this makes Chronidyre a frequently targeted area.  However, something aboard this Biovessel alerted Prismiran forces to immediately dispatch an Extraction Unit to investigate this strange signal. The only course of action the Extraction Unit could command under the strict guidelines of the planet, was to take the anomaly down. What the team discovered in the wreckage was something they had never seen before...

A huge thank you goes out to Sen for absolutely nailing the scene above! It was a blast working with them in connection to Onell's 100th wave. I am really excited to see more of our collective stories develop together!

Another special thanks to Matt for always leaving the door open and letting our universes collide! That ship was coming in fast, Bropes!

See you at 9 PM EST!

SD Effect!

For this latest wave, we teamed up with the supremely talented SeN to deliver some really fun additions to peoples orders once they arrive. I have had the privilege to see some behind the scenes action of what they have been cooking up and I wanted to get in on the fun. SeN has some new Glyos holographic stickers available right now at their shop that is sure to put a smile on Glyos fans faces! My top three favorites in no particular order are: The Renegade, Pheyaos, and Matt Doughty himself. Please drop in and check them out - www.Hellomugicha.com

SeN and I have some more fun projects planned for the near future, so stay tuned! Thanks again, SeN!

Setting the Scene

As the year starts to unfold, I decided to make a new set for the Corteric Hunters. The new backdrop is supposed to depict a training subsection of the massive Corteric Base. I had originally 3D printed a transformable set back in November, but was not completely satisfied with the end result. Working in the precision sheet metal field gave me this opportunity to make it the way I had originally envisioned.

Making new sets was something my good friend Matt Doughty always pushed. I personally love fabricating new areas for our characters to dwell in! Above are a few in progress shots of the set being built. This hefty sucker is made out of 14 gauge steel! Ill be posting more on sets soon!

Also I threw a quick sketch up as my laundry was drying yesterday. Corteric Hunters inbound!

Happy Holidays!

Happy Holidays everyone! I am hoping you are enjoying time with family and friends this holiday season. A huge thank you to everyone who supported and checked out Spaced Out Design this year! It has been a fun jam-packed year full of new toys and new stories!

With 2017 right around the corner, I plan to continue making new toys as well as bringing older characters back with new flavors. On tap I already have two new figures that made it through the prototyping stage and will be debuting early this coming year. It is going to be something different that I am hoping people will like and check out.

Once again thank you so much for all your support and I hope you all enjoy some holiday cheer! See you next year!

Drawing Connections

I have started messing around with digital illustration and have been loving the whole experience. It's truly amazing how far technology has come. Drawing digitally feels just as fluid as pen and paper and I can not be more excited to continue developing new content. Here is a quick sketch I did of the Ancient Prismirian.
